- Document reviews: We can provide critical, objective reviews of any of your organization’s artifacts. While your group is probably best adapted to conducting domain-based reviews, we can review best practices against norms and industry, and can always provide a new, objective point of view that can be quite revealing.
- Project retrospective facilitation: Project retrospectives may be one of organizations ‘ most efficient methods to determine how best to learn from their experience, but it is critical that they be run efficiently to go beyond the issue point.
- Strategizing team development: Building a team is quite distinct from having an idea. Everybody wears a number of hats in the early phases, and they all pull together to do the work as well as they can. Since demand exceeds an organization’s ability, it is essential to think tactically about present problems as well as long-term strategically.
